Computational biologists, bioinformaticians, and software engineers drive design and analytics, while RNA chemists and process scientists enable high-quality synthesis. Molecular and cell biologists, along with high-throughput screening specialists, identify and optimize therapeutic leads. In vivo pharmacologists, toxicologists, and pathologists conduct rigorous preclinical testing, supported by GLP and GMP professionals who ensure quality, compliance, and manufacturing readiness. Regulatory strategists and CMC experts guide programs through IND and compassionate-use pathways.
